3. Beta Phase / Operational Simulation Sandbox

The user explicitly recognizes and accepts that the platform in its current state (Beta Cohort #1 phase) constitutes a sandbox simulation for operational and usability testing. No bid placed in the system during this phase has contractual validity for a real physical flight. Real commercial flights are scheduled to begin in July-August 2026. The memberships charged correspond to early access to the platform and guaranteed price lock for when operations begin.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

BLABLAJET, S.L. is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, etc.). The reproduction, distribution, and public communication of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any support and by any technical means, without the authorization of the company, is expressly prohibited.
