Terms and Conditions — Founders Beta Phase

1. Subject Matter

These Terms govern the access and use of the "Beta Cohort #1 — Founders" program of the BlaJet platform, operated by BLABLAJET, S.L., CIF B21883095, based in Bilbao, Spain. This program is designed for early user acquisition and technical integration of air operators.

2. Sandbox Phase and Simulated Nature of Flights

The USER explicitly declares to know and accept that the platform is in a Sandbox phase of technical and operational simulation. During this phase: (a) All flights, routes, seats, bids, and interactions are simulations for technical testing and system optimization. (b) No real physical passenger flights are operated. (c) Real commercial flights operated by certified air operators (with validated AOC and insurance) are scheduled to begin in July-August 2026.

3. Stripe Membership and Price Lock Guarantee

In exchange for priority access and participation in the platform development, the user pays a real annual fee securely processed by Stripe. This amount grants the status of "Founding Member", which guarantees a 50% discount on the list price and locks in that founder price for a period of 3 years (SKY, JET, PILOT, and CAPTAIN plans) or 5 years (BLACK and FLEET plans) from the activation date.

4. Cancellation and Full Refund Policies

The USER can cancel their membership subscription at any time without any commitment directly from their user dashboard. In addition, given that the current phase is an operational simulation environment, any founding member who does not wish to wait for the activation of real flights in July-August 2026 has the right to request a full and immediate refund of the membership fee paid, by writing to partners@blajet.com or using the refund option enabled in their dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

Since no real flight operations are carried out during the Sandbox phase, BlaJet assumes no responsibility for travel delays, cancellations, or contingencies of the user, as won auctions are understood to be technical simulations.
